A few words about discounts and special offers. There are no such things as suggested retail prices in the Optical business for eye exams, frames, lenses or contact lenses. Businesses set whatever price they wish. What really counts is how much your final bill is after all discounts and specials. You can find the same frames for $100 at one place and $200 at another or lenses for $45 at one place and $93 at another. Discounts like 50%, 60%, 70% or $50, $75 off means nothing if the price was 3 times as high to begin with. At Council Opticians we do not believe in phony offers. We set our prices at very competitive levels and when we give a discount or special it is a real discount. We invite you to come in a check our prices.
